I recently moved from Northern California to Southern California and had an issue with one of my policies not transferring over from branch to branch. I had the pleasure of working with Eileen to resolve the issue with my account and was extremely satisfied and grateful for the excellent customer service she provided. When I called initially, it was very quick and thorough and then I was told I would receive a follow-up call later that day to confirm the issue was taken care of. Within less than 5 minutes I received a call back and was reassured everything was handled accordingly. Thank you so much for all your help!
