"StateFarm Phil Cothram fails to provide Employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) for business liability policy, did not offer it.
State Farm underwriter team don’t understand what an outlier is in statistics.
1. claim for wind storm that caused a water leak.
2. new water heater burst and caused damage to walls steam damage

unfortunaly after filing the claims the underwriter cancel homeowners policy.
